We often get asked questions about some of our products, the installation process, pricing or even delivery. We have hence decided to create this unique F.A.Q. page for all our customers to ensure some of your questions are answered via our website!

What types of blinds do you supply?

We are suppliers of all types of blinds, vertical, Venetian, roller, pleated, roman, Allusion, day/night blinds, remote control etc. We also specialise in certain types of blinds in addition to the above that are not generally available elsewhere in the region.

How long does it take between ordering and installation?

This depends on the products chosen and you will be advised at the point of order. However, as all our products are made especially for you, it is normally around 3 weeks.

Can the blinds be motorised?

Yes-certainly. We specialise in motorisation, with a number of differing options, either controllable by a remote control, or your phone or tablet if away from home.

Do we need to prepare the windows before installation?

No, there is no need to do anything. If there is any furniture in the way, we will move this before we commence. If there are existing blinds or curtains that are being replaced, we will take these down for you. All metal items can be taken and sent for recycling.

What choice of fabrics do you have?

The range is enormous. We carry more than 6000 fabrics. We can also make up from customers own fabrics, as well as work from your own designs to make up a totally unique fabric of your own choice!

Do you supply and fit tracks and poles?

Yes-we supply and fit curtain tracks and poles of a very high quality. These are much better than those generally available elsewhere, but in most cases are of a similar cost, or even less. These are fitted by us to ensure that they are as secure as possible.

Do you supply canopies and awnings?

Yes,we can supply canopies,and awnings-either manual or  motorised.We use the very best fabrics available for external blinds that are waterproof and guaranteed against fading.

What are your payments terms?

We normally ask for a deposit at the point of order. This is because we are ordering in fabrics and making a bespoke item just for you. The balance is due when the work is complete. Payment can be made by card, cheque, online or by cash.

How does your Lifetime Guarantee work?

We only supply and fit the highest quality products that we have total confidence in. If however you experience a problem with a blind, we will either repair it, or replace the item free of charge. This applies for as long as you own the property where the instillation takes place. Only fading and accidental damage are exclusions from this unique assurance of the quality of our products.

Can you supply blinds/curtains for a commercial environment?

Yes, we supply many of the leading businesses in the region with blind and curtain products manufactured to commercial tolerances. These are made with contract quality components and in most cases flame retardant. We are suppliers to the NHS and many schools and local authorities. We can offer advice on what specification is required if a client needs advice.

Can you give advice on textures, colours etc?

Yes, we have over 30 years’ experience of helping customers to choose items for their home. If you are unsure of the most up to date designer led fabrics we can help with this, as well as to assist with more classic designs. We will ensure that whatever you choose, you will be delighted with the finished product.
