Exceptional service at every point from Amaze Blinds. Paul and his team were on hand to provide advice and guidance on the choice of fabrics and products available. Always punctual and efficient, Paul and Joe provided an excellent customer service, we could not be happier with our blinds and awnings for our new house. Amaze Blinds are indeed amazing! Talk about going the extra mile, and some. I had a problem with the mechanism of one of my venetian blinds, which had been fitted some time ago by another company (not in King’s Lynn) and who, I’m sorry to say, didn’t want to know. Not so Joe and his dad, with whom I had not done any previous business. They could so easily have persuaded me to have a replacement blind, but no. They scoured the country for this particular mechanism, though in the end without success. Even then they didn’t give up, but came up with a ridiculously cheap solution, so now I can once again open and close what is probably the most important blind in my home. I am so grateful to them for going to such trouble, truly above and beyond.
