How Do I Clean my Curtains?

The answer to this question largely depends on what type of material your curtains are made from. First, consult the care instructions on your panels. If hand washing or dry cleaning is recommended, it is important to heed those instructions. If you have machine-washable curtains, remember to remove any hooks, weights, or other metal fittings prior to washing. Most curtains will tolerate a mild detergent and a gentle spin cycle, and they should be line dried to prevent shrinkage.

What are your Payment Terms?

Payment is due upon installation. On some orders we may ask for a deposit.

We are suppliers of all types of blinds, vertical, Venetian, roller, pleated, roman, Allusion, day/night blinds, remote control etc. We also specialise in certain types of blinds in addition to the above that are not generally available elsewhere in the region.

Just ask Alexa to “Turn On Good Morning,” or “Turn On Dinner Party,” and activate your Scenes hands-free.

Please note: A PowerView® Hub, Gen 2, is required to enable the PowerView® Skill in the Amazon Alexa App. You can still connect PowerView® with Amazon Alexa through IFTTT

Do you Supply Canopies and Awnings?

We supply dutch canopies for domestic and commercial applications. We also supply manual and motorized awning systems.

Do you also Supply and Fit Tracks and Poles?

We supply and fit over 700 different styles of curtain poles and tracks including motorized.

What are the best Blinds for children safety?

Unfortunately children have been injured and even died in the UK.

You can fix safety devices such as cleats or a chain tensioner to improve safety but the best option is to avoid the situation all together.

Wand operated Vertical blinds have no dangerous chains or cords and are operated be moving the wand to the side which is a much safer option.

All of our Vertical blinds also come with chainless vertical weights that again remove the chains from the bottom of the blind where they are venerable.

How Much do Made-to-Measure Curtains cost?

Our curtains and roman blinds are made from quality, sustainable fabrics and are handmade in the UK. This means our made to measure curtains may be slightly more expensive than high street ready-made options but the difference in quality is clear. We want to be transparent about our products and pricing so you can be sure you’re paying a fair price for quality, ethical production and personalised designs.

How Exactly does your Lifetime Guarantee Work?

Our Guarantee applies to all blinds, tracks and curtain poles that we supply and fit. If a product develops a fault, we will repair if possible, but if uneconomical we will replace free of charge. This will either be the same product or as near as possible if the original product is no longer available. The only exceptions to the Guarantee are fabric fading and deliberate misuse.

Do you have a Large Choice of Fabrics readily Available?

We have approximately 6,000 fabrics available and can even supply bespoke fabrics to your own design.

Do we Need to Prepare our Windows before Installation?

There is no need to prepare for our visit. We will remove your old fittings and remove from site free of charge if you wish.

Can you supply blinds/curtains for a commercial environment?

We have supplied blinds and curtains for commercial environments for many years. We can advise as to what is required and provide the necessary certification.

Are you able to provide instant quotations?

We are happy to do so, but would ideally arrange a consultation enabling us to take the appropriate measurements so as to provide both recommendations and an accurate quote.
